Looking for music to download and copy LEGALLY to put on Cd's as background tunes and sell.?
I am putting together a CD with some information on it to sell to my customers. My information sounds much better when there is music in the background and short music breaks in between.
The key word is LEGALLY, when I ask, where can I find music that I can download and copy LEGALLY and put on the CD that is made available for sale.
All credit would be given to the Artist on the CD and also would be able to post links to the artists web site from my business website if that helps.
I am not looking for basic answers like "check royalty free music", though more specific answers with web sites and details etc. I also understand that older material may be out of copyright and I could use that too.
If there are any other ideas as to how I could go about getting background tunes, that would be great.

You can download off of Limewire for free, and I know it's legal, i've used it for about 5 years.
