Additionally, I will respond here to your submission as well as any other questions you may have and we will treat this page as our communication mechanism until your site has been completed.

Once your site has been completed, I will notify you here and you will receive an email notification that I have responded to you on this page.

Each support ticket page is secured by a key that is auto generated for this particular page and these pages are not indexed by search engines or by this web site.

While this may be a little new or different to you, it helps the process to more manageable than email where things tend to get lost.

Using the ticket system, we will have a record of our communication here in one place so that we can keep everything straight and under control and you will have your site as soon as is physically possible (usually 1-2 days).
