Is there any good sites to make a FREE website?

help! i really want to make a web page but i don't know any GOOD web site making places that r free any help here?

Webs offers you two modes; non-HTML (so you need not learn any complicated stuff, just do whatever you want like in Word) and HTML (you will need to learn complicated stuff).

While other web hosting services will add advertisements (possibly "artistic" ones, that will drive traffic away from your sit) to every page, Webs only adds a freebar (a thin little bar) to the bottom, if you regularly sign in (if you have not signed in within a month, Webs will add Google ads until you do so).

Hence, Webs is to a large extent a god site to make a FREE website.
