Can anyone give me the list of best pay to click and browse, Websites available over net (free registration)?

Anybody participating in payed to click ,ads ,banners of various paid websites ,give the list of best paying websites available currently which has got no registration fees.

in my view , i dont know of anyone , most of them are frauds , basically cheating the users , but thats my personal opinion

However , you can try some survey sites which pay you in form of gifts , for example cross-tab , it has paid me every time with a CD,magazine subscription and stuff .
